California S.B. 277 obliterates personal belief exemptions from the books of public vaccination law in California.
TACOMA, WA — A state bureaucracy is threatening a mother with removal of an infant unless her entire family subjects themselves to flu shots.
HARTFORD, CT — A 17-year-old girl has been taken away from her mother and forced to endure unwanted, risky chemotherapy treatments that she absolutely opposes. The teen has been turned into a ward of the state and has been detained against her will in a hospital room for weeks without any choice in her own life-altering medical decisions or future.
MUNCIE, IN — In 1893, an outbreak of smallpox caused public health officials to take drastic, draconian measures to prevent the spread of disease. The unpopular, violent quarantine that followed provides a memorable case study of the failings of forcible mandatory quarantine of a city.
LORDSBURG, NM — An innocent man was tormented for hours by a New Mexican “Border Drug Task Force” that forced him to strip naked in a parking lot, followed by unwanted X-rays and a forced anal penetration exam in a hospital. After no drugs were found anywhere in his truck or body cavities, he was sent a bill for the services.
MANASSAS, VA — A 17-year-old boy is being persecuted because he and his 15-year-old girlfriend voluntarily shared naked pictures with one another. As if that were not enough injustice, the boy was forcibly photographed naked as evidence… and the police want even more.
CHAMPAIGN, IL — A sick man was ordered to wear a government tracking device and was subsequently thrown in jail for leaving his house. “Public health” is the excuse used to nullify individual rights for the sake of the herd.
BIRMINGHAM, AL — Parents of a healthy newborn infant were told to consent to injecting him with drugs or lose him to the state. This successful blackmail scheme was made possible by the state’s horrifying ability to seize children without due process.
CLEVELAND, OH — A court approved the involuntary detainment of a woman in a psychiatric ward when hospital staff interpreted her prayers as signs of psychosis, a lawsuit alleges.
RICHARDSON, TX — A man says that after he drove himself to a hospital for a surgery, social workers detained him against his will and he was then put into a psychiatric ward, and ultimately a nursing home. In a wild exhibition of state power, the man has been a prisoner without due process and no way to free himself.
ANCHORAGE, AK — A young man’s deteriorating health led the state of Alaska to assume full control of his medical care — against his own written will and the against the wishes of his family. Since last October he has been trapped in a hospital, isolated without visitors, on an extensive series of psychotropic drugs, in a condition that continues to diminish.
EL PASO, TX — An American woman was humiliated and sexually assaulted for hours when she tried to re-enter the United States at a checkpoint manned by U.S. border patrol agents. Suspecting she had drugs inside her orifices, the federal agents detained her, chained her to a table, and subjected her to a series of invasive and traumatic cavity searches, finger penetration, scans and X-rays… all without a warrant. She was then billed for the “services.”
BOSTON, MA — A judge has ruled that a Boston teen may continue to be held captive in a hospital and forcibly drugged… indefinitely. The tragic series of events began when a doctor discarded an earlier medical diagnosis and declared another, prompting objections from her parents and threats to discharge her from Boston Children’s Hospital to take her to get a second opinion. An epic battle of egos ensued, and the hospital decided that the parents’ insolence in challenging the doctor was tantamount to child abuse. Without a trial or having broken a specific law, the girl was stripped from her parents’ custody and the state of Massachusetts has kept her indefinitely detained in a hospital since February 2013. Based on the latest ruling, the girl may very well be locked in a psychiatric ward until she turns 18 years old.
One aspect of the police state that I find particularly bothersome is forced drugging. We see this manifest in a variety of situations, usually involving children whose parents question their doctors or want to pursue alternative health care solutions. Being a complicated and emotional issue, many people end up siding with the state in pursuit of mandatory drugging. While this position is to be expected from the average statist, it is somewhat alarming when a well-known and respected publication like Reason Magazine comes out in favor of forced mass-drugging of the population, or as it was gently termed, “coercive vaccination.” These ideas, promoted under pseudo-libertarian shroud, cannot go unrebuked.
AKRON, OHIO — An Amish girl fighting leukemia recently fled the United States with her parents to escape the forced administration of chemotherapy, despite an earlier ruling by an Ohio judge supporting her family’s decision to halt conventional treatment.
Threatening letters are being sent to parents by the government regarding their children’s participation with compulsory medical and dental examinations.
DEMING, NM — A man has filed a lawsuit stating that a traffic stop led to a series of forced medical procedures when a police officer thought he was clenching his butt cheeks. His lawsuit says that without his consent, he was taken to a medical facility and where he was forcibly X-rayed multiple times, sedated, given several enemas, required to give multiple stool samples, subjected to fingers penetrating his anus during multiple cavity searches, followed by an actual colonoscopy where cameras probed his intestines for drugs. The startling 14-hour ordeal failed to find any contraband inside his body.
Preschool children ages 3-5 will now be mandatorily subjected to compulsory mass-medication.
