For the 56th annual event, the Michigan State Police (MSP) will conduct searches of bags, purses, and backpacks for all attendees wanting to make the walk across the bridge — all without probable cause of a crime.
CLACKAMAS COUNTY, OR — County commissioners have implemented an iron-fisted measure to deal with a littering problem along the Clackamas River. To limit the number of beverage containers left in public, government agentswill now be performing warrantless searches of anyone who could be concealing an aluminum can or glass bottle in the county park.
